From the first call, Taylor was responsive and professional. He came out the very next day to inspect the space and provided a free quote shortly after. We were able to schedule the work right away, and he arrived exactly when he said he would, ready to go.

Throughout the entire process, Taylor was thorough, communicative, and clearly very knowledgeable. He repaired a cracked ABS drain and properly re roughed the kitchen sink plumbing inside the wall, installed a clean and streamlined in wall washer hot and cold box, added a refrigerator ice maker box, and ran two new gas lines for a gas dryer and gas range. Everything was done safely, thoughtfully, and to code.
He kept the work area clean, explained what he was doing along the way, and cleaned up exceptionally well once the job was complete, which made a huge difference during an already stressful remodel.

 I hired Flow Tech Plumbing to correct plumbing work that had previously been done incorrectly by another contractor, and I’m very glad I did.

Taylor identified several issues that were not up to code, including improper drain and vent configurations that were affecting both my bathroom and laundry. Instead of patching things or taking shortcuts, he removed the non-compliant piping and rebuilt the system properly.

Taylor installed a new drain and vent system for the laundry with the correct configuration, added a cleanout for future access, and properly connected and vented the bathroom vanity sink so everything now drains exactly as it should.

He also installed my RO water system under the kitchen sink and cleaned up prior plumbing mistakes there. The work is neat, organized, and professionally done.

What stood out most was Taylor’s professionalism and transparency. He clearly explained what was wrong, corrected everything to meet current code standards, and tested the system in my presence to confirm proper drainage and no leaks.
